I believe it’s truly a new world now since the pandemic.
And more than ever, we need to focus on taking preventative measures for our health. Gut health is of the utmost importance in preventative measures, along with a balanced diet and of course exercise.
We talk about life starting in the gut and death sitting in the bowel. Yes, death sits in the bowel just waiting to attack us in some form or fashion, which can lead to many diseases.
Doctors believe that much disease starts in the gut. And the sad part is that it sometimes doesn’t get discovered until it’s progressed to a more advanced stage of something.
Gut discomfort can range anywhere from pains and cramping in your tummy to not feeling anything at all, yet ugly things could still be taking place. Like developing polyps and that is why later in life we should do a colonoscopy for preventative measures.
The rumbling of your gut can merely mean that there is an imbalance taking place in your gut or that the gut is actually taking care of itself. Probiotics are always a good remedy and help in maintaining the good bacteria that we call the Flora!

Digestive enzymes are also important for an easier breakdown of foods, therefore helping the colon digest without any issues. By the way, there are 6 different enzymes needed to break down the various food groups. So make sure you look at what’s in the enzyme before buying one. I’m available if you’d like to discuss any of your concerns.
Now let’s talk for a moment about diet and exercise.
A diet doesn’t necessarily mean “losing weight” It’s what we put into our mouths. Let’s be real. Look at people’s diets and what they are eating.
A diet is a lifestyle. The old saying goes “ You are what you eat”.
That is very true unless you do have a medical condition, but much of that can be healed with proper diet and exercise as well.
Since this pandemic, people seem to be even more sedentary. People are staying at home, working from home and people are sitting in front of their computers literally all day getting little or no exercise. This lack of activity can and will hinder your body in some shape or form. This is why it is so important to have some kind of movement. It will help in circulation of the blood which in turn helps give oxygen to the body and helps in pushing out toxins as well. Always stay hydrated!!
Another reason for aches and pains is Inflammation. We develop inflammation in our joints, therefore leading to pain. We can help that by exercising and paying attention to our diets.
Soooo, it’s really up to you to make the right choices and most of us already know what they are, but do we listen? NO!!
Two tips for you:
1. Get up and move every hour for at least 5-10 mins. Planning a different movement each time.
2. Prepare healthy snacks to munch on like carrots and celery with Almond butter.
Remember if you don’t buy those cookies and chips, then you won’t be tempted to eat them! Just say “No” to those things that look yummy in the market.

Also in helping to make some better health choices you might want to consider colon hydrotherapy. Yes, it’s crazy, but colon hydrotherapy is truly amazing.
This treatment is truly a way to feel better. I have changed people’s lives and people swear by it and it can definitely prevent disease. I have literally saved clients from ever needing to see an emergency room again. Clients that have needed medication and have had difficult BM’s are now having healthier BM’s. Clients that were on laxatives are now off them and pooping regularly on their own. And by the way, laxatives and all those over-the-counter remedies for constipation do more harm than good. Usually, they cause more discomfort, like cramping and diarrhea with only minimal relief and can lead to forming blockage in the colon.
Colon hydrotherapy treatments bring inner health awareness to oneself as well. That means you pay more attention to what you’re putting in your mouth. And that’s why I love my business name Amazing Healing Waters because it’s truly amazing.
