I love working with Charity to help clients. She will always find a way to help some one get into a home when it comes to lending. She knows how to look at finances and will go above and beyond for any of her clients!
If you need to get a loan handled well Charity is the person to go to. She and her team is "maupin" up the town gettin loans done. She will get you the best possible deal there is to accommodate your needs.

I spoke with Charity about possibly doing a re-fi on my home to see if we could get me into a better rate, etc. After discussing my situation with Charity she said she'd check into my options and get back to me. Charity came back to me and kindly denied me saying that where I'm at is where I need to stay. I believe anyone else would have come up with some great refinance for me just so they could get their cut. If you want truth, then Charity is your gal!!
