Your mind is active throughout the day, about 60,000 thoughts are in your head in a day, try to track what you are thinking about???
How much thought is given to what you really need and what you donât.
- I will be late again.
- After this walk I’ll get sick again.
- This deal will NOT work out for me.
- By the time we get there the weather will most likely go bad.
These thoughts of failure are spinning in our heads.

Step one: Identification of negative thoughts
Before creating the new âMEâ we need to get rid of what prevents you from moving forward.
Review your previous thoughts, take a pen and notebook, sit down and reflect.
Write down the answers to the following questions in notebook:
- What do I think about most often?
- Is there something in me that I’m hiding from my surroundings?
- What would I like to improve in myself?
- What quality of mine would I like to change?
- Why is this necessary?
Let’s say you want attract happiness and joyous life events;
Every day you ask the universe, but you are so used to the state of suffering that all day long you justify and make excuses, feel sorry for yourself and feel regret.
You can declare your happiness as much as you like but if you feel in the state of victimhood, the mind and body, in this case, contradict each other, and life changes don’t occur.
Select one emotion that has become a part of your personality which you would like to get rid of, this is one of the aspects of your former self which you would like to change in yourself, maybe uncertainty, criticism, anxiety, anger, fear, feeling as a victim, indignation, guilt, despair, feeling of lack, envy, suffering, and others.
I recommend you write down the emotion because you will work with it.
You might want to find a decent job or go into business, but you feel lack self-confidence, you dream of getting rich but you are constantly haunted by the feeling of lack, you dream about mutual love but the fear of refusal deprives you of faith, anger and irritability interfere with building harmonious relationships.
Nothing other than this feeling forces you to cling to the familiar past, again and again you return to it in your internal dialogue, it is your true essence.
Admit to yourself this is one of your learned roles of your personality, your attachment to it means that both mentally and physically you are in the past and yet the body experiences the same event again and again in the present.
It is impossible for you to develop and change when you are living in the same circumstances.
When you stop wasting energy on negative experiences then you will immediately move to a higher level of spiritual energy.

Stop and ask yourself: What do I need right now?
In that moment you redirect the negative energy of the past into the present moment of creative energy and now you stop giving strength to frequently repeated negative statements. This can be achieved in the following manner:
For example:
- I’ll be late again Change it to – I’m always on time.
- After these walks I’ll get sick again Replace with â after these walks I always feel healthy and fresh.
- This deal will not work out Replace with â Things are aways working out for me favorably.
After a few repetitions you will notice that your thoughts are manifested in reality automatically.
Step three: Gratitude & Appreciation
Gratitude is a signal to the quantum field that your thoughts and desires are already in coherence-This is a sign of your readiness to receive the benefits.
Gratitude is a powerful act of Faith. When you practice gratitude daily in your internal dialogue, you develop deep trust in universe and higher intelligence, you begin to understand that your dreams are not âwishful thinkingâ these are real opportunities that are waiting for the manifestation of thoughts about gratitude and appreciation and shape our reality and raise us to higher levels of consciousness.
Our thoughts are the architects of our reality; they are like seeds that we plant in the garden of our mind.

Step four: Clear your thoughts and manifest what you want
Internal dialogue from the performers’ point of view (yours) of manifested desires are the key to consciousness and creativity.
Our internal dialogues are constantly appearing around us in the events we face.
To see and hear desired reality from the outside, we must first imagine and hear it inside ourselves then we master the art to control inner speech.
Let’s discover how pleasant it is to speak confidently about what we want to express. First, we must strengthen our belief that it will come true and the law of attraction will begin.
Act positively in your life and you will start seeing wonderful results.
Let’s start without words that are often used in our internal dialogues that block manifestation; as soon as you realize the meaning of these words and cross them out from your everyday vocabulary, you will very soon notice and understand how they will change your life. These are the phrases to eliminate:
- I hope
- I canât
- I need
These are hidden phrases and thoughts are negative emotions and this is how you send a signal to the universe that you don’t believe that you are worthy:
- I hope something good will happen to me.
- I hope I can get rich.
- I hope that I will have a good life.
- I hope that I can find my perfect soulmate.
- I hope that I will be promoted.
- I hope I can buy the car of my dreams.
- I hope I can buy my dream home.
Cross out I hope from your thoughts and replace with I know; this will have a positive effect on you in your life.
- I know that I will get rich
- I know that I will buy the house of my dreams
- I know what I will find my soulmate
Never tell yourself I can’t do this remove this word from your inner dialogue and start saying I can in present tense:
- I can do it
- I can I get it
- I can buy it
World is full of endless possibilities for everything that could happen to you.
This way you influence the world with your thoughts that create your reality.
How often do you say to yourself:
- I need something in my life to have more money
- I need a lover
- I need a successful business relationship
- I need a car
- I need a house and so on
You run after things that you don’t have and it makes you fight from within, the more desperate you are, the more you need something, the more the universe will continue to deprive you.
The energy you put into thoughts and words can embody the desired outcome of what you want and manifest it into reality.
Allow yourself to feel something you want as it is already, you will feel abundance; then you can access all of these things, all you have to do is stop looking for your happiness from the outside.
Step five: Creating a new me
Thus far, your efforts were aimed at identifying and unlearning your previous thoughts.
At this stage you need to direct your internal dialogue to create a new desired reality.
- So why do you want?
- What do you dream about?
- Find a more interesting job/business?
- Get rid of addictions?
- Heal the body?
Develop necessary personality qualities:
Specify a number of open questions in search of you, you will have to answer these questions, think in new categories and consider new possibilities, processes and reflections.
This is a construction technology; This is how a new mind foundation is laid, the foundation of a new personality.
Write the answers to the following questions in your notebook:
- How I see myself ideally
- How I would feel if I would be my ideal
- How I should think at my ideal
- How my ideal should behave
- What new qualities should I constantly remind myself of to reflect on the above questions often.
Recall the answers as often as possible. Remember, that in the process of searching and analyzing answers the neural structure in the brain is replaced gradually you begin to think, feel and act like your ideal.
Next imagine what you want to manifest very vividly and detailed in your thoughts.
Describe clearly what you see in your internal dialogue, color, smell, sensations, emotions, actions, clearly imagine the desired event hold it for as few as 68 seconds and then release the created image.
The more often you will create the desired image in your thoughts the more realistic it will seem; your brain will create it automatically internal changes. The change will definitely be reflected in the outside world by changing your internal dialogue, you will become different, as you become different, you wonât be able to live in an old paradigm.
- Realize that internal conversations shape the life we create.
- Transformation of our mind requires transforming our internal dialogue.
